Re: JOSEPH MOORE (1891-1929)

Thanks Gary. Seems unusual for three children to die so young, even for that time period. I wonder what they passed away from? It must have been very hard on Joseph and Etta.

Re: JOHN WESLEY BELL (1852-1929)

Found out from the actual marriage record in England that Phillis's surname spelling was Birkett. I'm still searching for when/where Archibald and Phillis Bell nee Birkett passed away, but have not found it yet. Still have not found when/where Eliza's parents William and and Harriet (I think she als...

Re: JOSEPH MOORE (1891-1929)

Hi Gary,

Would you know how old/date the first three Joseph/Etta children (Athur, Margaret and Helen) passed away? I searched vital stats, but could not really pin anything down.

Thanks!

Wes

Re: JOHN WESLEY BELL (1852-1929)

Wes: There is really nothing to gain by me doing graphics conversions, etc in order to show you the original. I've already given the details in his Family Page; here they are again in full detail. Census 1916: Neepawa (#6), SD-16 (Neepawa), HH-248 (Seventh St, Neepawa): John BELL, farm Labourer, ag...

Re: JOHN WESLEY BELL (1852-1929)

Gary, the link takes me to a join up page for Ancestry.ca. Can you post or send me the census page? I just want to make as sure as possible that I have the right people. Right now I am cross-referencing various data to corroborate or nix possibilities, and I have been trying to put together residenc...

Re: JOHN WESLEY BELL (1852-1929)

Gary, I also am puzzled, esp. ages, birth dates of John W, Eliza, and Joseph Moor(e). In most of data, my grandfather Joseph does not have a middle name, then we have different birth dates (month, day and year), so I am not sure about Joseph Alphonse Roger Moor(e) being my blood grandfather. But eve...

Re: FRANK MILLER (1878-1936)

I think it is okay - i don't see anything wrong with listing the birth names of living children. It would not, in my opinion, compromise their privacy.

Ps. I sent you an email (did not look here first) , but see some of my questions you answered earlier here.

Re: FRANK MILLER (1878-1936)

Gary, I was glad to be able to donate (it won't be the last) as a concrete way of saying thank you for all your help and investigative work, as well as running this site. I read the family page of Frank Miller. Thanks, there is a lot of new information for me.There is one tiny correction (that I kno...

Re: JOSEPH MOORE (1891-1929)

I ordered it from Vital Statistics. Same with the Marriage cert for Etta and Joseph, and the death registration for Etta, but for Etta they blanked out the cause of death. That will not be available for another 5.5 years, or one could apply to the Court to find out.
