The source is the Dominion of Canada 1921 Census and you are right! The Transcriber lists the name as Nellie, but when I blew up the original handwritten document, it does in fact read Miller DOBIE, the sex as male . I have updated the narrative accordingly.

As it says in my narrative, the location for that 1921 census was in the RM of Paynton, Battleford District. More precisely: West half of Section 14-48-21-W3.
