You are not confused.

I am trying to document all descendants of Rev. John Mayo, who came to Cape Cod from England in 1638, up to the present time.

GemGirl appears to have that information from Benjamin and Charles Mayo that neither you nor I have.

Sorry I posted in the wrong forum and then tried to cut and paste but it didn't work. So to repeat what I put in the MAYO FAMILY forum I have examined your material on Jacob Mayo and find it well researched with one exception. The town in Wisconsin is BELIOT, not Benoit. It is in ROCK county located...
