According to my research on the family, Augustus John Peers Jr. was born on December 18, 1880. He is in the 1881 census as John A. age 4/12, with his parents, living with the Massey Family. If he had been born in Dec 1881, he would not have made the 1881 Census. The Olmstead Family Tree has the same date.
In 1910, he married Caroline Isabel (Anabella)* Flett, daughter of “Christie” Christina Ross Anderson and John Alfred Flett (1860 – 1916)**
*Even though she always used the name Caroline Isabel, Caroline Anabella Flett is the name on her birth record.
** John Alfred Flett was baptized on March 11, 1860 at the St Paul Middlechurch Anglican Church. His mother always baptized her children shortly after they were born.
