I haven’t done an in-depth review of this lineage, but I can say that Alex Charles NORQUAY and his entire family were living in Selkirk at least up to 1916.
There were only two sons to carry on the NORQUAY surname in this particular lineage: Thomas NORQUAY who married Aug 21, 1922 Selkirk to Mary Ann Rose CAMERON and John Taylor NORQUAY who married Hazel PIRT in Winnipeg in 1928.

Regarding H NORQUAY from the Dauphin area: Not much to go on; need more clues on that one.

You must be referring to Peter Henry WISHART (1862-1936) who was born 1862, son of Eliza FLETT and James WISHART (1831-1906).
In 1887 Peter Henry WISHART married Harriet SPENCE at Poplar Point, MB. In 1936 he died at Ochre River; buried in the Turtle River Cemetery.
