Judiths mother rheta mary KENT married a william whitfeld and another man but not a harold rhetas parents was George wilfred KENT and Myrtle Hadley
The interesting part is George W KENT is the son of GH kent and Annie Scollie and all lay to rest in a victoria harbour cemetery in what looks to be a family type plot
So in short i have found a linkage to Robert Scollie and Mary Corrigal throu their daughter sara ann Scollie with her marrage to GH Kent

Here’s Donn’s Email of Oct 20 intended for Tim:
Scollie Kent: Hello Tim, Sorry for the delay. Your George Henry Kent (b.1851-d.1930) and Sarah Ann Scollie (b.1846-d.1940) married in Waverley or Orillia, and Sarah was my great grandmother’s closest older sister, namely, to Margaret Charlotte Corrigal (Scollie) Fowler (b.1850-d.1936), both of Otonabee Township Peterborough County. Robert and Mary (Corrigal) Scollie had three sons and five daughters. Their parents are buried in Otonabee near the Saint Mark Church.

However, Mary Corrigal was named after her mother Mary (Goodwin) Corrigal, the daughter of Robert Goodwin and Mistigoose, who had “Metis”(now lawfully non status “Indian” (half-breed) twins, named Mary and William Goodwin, b. 6 August 1788 and these twins were permanently, separated, at age 8, by their HBC surgeon/trader father, and so young William never saw his twin-sister or his mother ever again because he, William, was left in England in care, in the year 1796, the very year his mother, now a distraught Indian, mother named Mistigoose who had drowned in the Albany River in that year—or during the year that Robert was on one-year’s furlough in England, with William (1796/97).

The lengthy story of Mistigoose and William’s difficult life is quite a sad one and he was finally buried, apparently, in Prince Edward Island when he returned to Canada, and at about age 50, but with no twin sister or mother to be located by then. Your status Tim, may well be that of a lawful but unregistered “Metis” or “Métis” depending on your inherited personal male yDNA and female mtDNA. That proud status is possible for any of the Scollie Corrigal stream of offspring who meet the stringent proof of indigeneity as an indigenous male or female person./Donn

A first name often used as that of: Ann; Anne or Annie, is frequently and easily iidentified as the "Nickname" of Nan, Nancy or Nannie, in a holograph Will, as ii the word phrase "Mary Hunter", by Robert Goodwin's first Will written in England in 1780 before he had first sailed to the HBC. That Will contained the Name of Robert's young girlfriend, who was that same "Mary Hunter" a named beneficiary if Robert should happen to drown enroute to Rupert's Land [Canada]; accordingly, the Will was voided by Robert's next and second Will, written in August, of 1788, in Rupert's Land, and well before the very ailing Robert Goodwin died, in 1805, he had added a complicated Codicil to that August 1788 Will. Robert was suffering and quite alone while enroute down the Albany river to his 17- year- old daughter, Mary (Goodwin) Corrigal, who was already a Corrigal wife and mother located at the old Martin Falls HBC post on the river. The Holograph 1788 Will and its Codicil contained the badly written name of "Mary" [(Goodwin) Corrigal)] which was mistakenly assumed to be the name "Nancy" [Goodwin]. More recently that particular name was clearly seen at a distance of severl feet and confirmed "...'without any doubt..." by an elderly and well expeienced historic genealogist named, Mrs. Myrtle Johnston, of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, after she had read that sole region of the one Robert Goodwin Will's page's, as definitely having been written by Robert Goodwin' as "Mary", and "... certainly not the name Nancy.

Don,

Greetings!
Is there any way I could see a copy of the documents that you have that connects Mary Goodwin (Corrigal) to her parents Robert and Mistigoose
It would be the final document I’d need for my file or maybe your Métis nation of Ontario citizen # as this would assist me in my Citizenship with the MNO and further I can be recognized as as Métis Veteran for my service with Canadian military

I humbly ask for your assistance

Respectfully
Tim
