Thanks Nadine – I am comparing with what I have.
Susan’s 2005 obituary indicates she was predeceased by her parents Odel and Patrick BOUSQUET. You have Joseph Adelard BOUSQUET b-1898

I'm not sure who wrote the obituary.
Patrick is a nickname.
Joseph Adelard is 100% correct. I saw his legal estate papers.
I have not been able to find his obituary, if he even had one. I think he is buried in Alberta or NWT. Still searching.

Same with Odel. Not spelled correctly. Her full name is Marie Malvina Odile Rivard. She went by ODILE.
Her sisters are Marie Appoline, Marie Elise 1906, Marie Rose Jeanne Emelie 1908, Marie Alma Philomene 1912.
Her parents are Jean Baptiste Rivard and Eleonore St Germain - m. 18 November 1902 in La Broquerie MB.

Thanks again Nadine.
Note my new family page:

WALTER ROGERS aka ROGALSKI (1903-1991)
It was this family that prompted my ROGALSKI research as part of my interest in Mapleton Families, neighbors of my younger days.

Note: I do Special Family Pages for people who make donations. More about that at this link:

Nice, thank you Gary. I really don't know how you could possibly keep all these families organized! I'm working by myself down 4 family histories and it takes a LOT of TIME. You have to love it, I do. Were you neighbours of Walter? I'm working on retrieving any old photos family may have sitting in their closets.....
I will contribute when I get on my feet. Your work is priceless!

On the map of Mapleton families I provided you can see where the ROGERS family lived and where my family (Gary STILL) lived. The M.R.M stands for Manitoba Rolling Mills and my family lived just south of that.
The COLLISON family live directly across the highway from Walter ROGERS.

Need some help with Josef's youngest child, STANLEY ROGALSKI born 1911, died 1947.

I found some information Manitoba Vital Statistics, but not positive it's the same Stanley.

STANLEY ROGOWSKI married MARION WOZNIAK
28 September 1935 in Winnipeg
reg #1935-039138

also
MARION FRANCES WOZNIAK
born 17 October 1915 in Winnipeg
birth mother - Josefa Rurek
reg # 1915-207090

also (parents are Walenty Wozniak and Jozefa Twrek - married 5 October 1909 in Winnipeg)
1916 census shows possible siblings as:
Wladislaw b: 30 June 1910
Ladislas b: 2 November 1911
Antonia b: about 1914
Maryanne b: 1915 (think this is MARION)

Also found an obituary for STEPHANIE BURZUIK (nee WOZNIAK) passed March 30 (year?)
born: 2 October 1917
sister MARION listed in obituary
**I could not open the complete obituary as I don't have subscription to Winnipeg Free Press**

I've asked around the family and not a person knows a thing about Stanley. He died young, at age 36. Don't know how or why. Anyone in the family who might know has passed. Scrambling to piece together anything before all is lost. I don't know if any of the above info from MB Vital Statistics actually matches our Stanley. Our grandma (Mary Rogalski) never mentioned Stanley. I imagine that MARION would have remarried as she was a young widow. I don't know if STANLEY and MARION had children. Can anyone help with ANY information? Thanks!

I have Stephanie Burzuik’s obituary: She died March 30, 2000 at the Concordia Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Michael in 1994, her parents and a sister Marion. Stephanie leaves to mourn her passing, their five children, Roberta (Ben), Jerry (Agnes), Dennis (Laura), Marianne (Joe) and Karen; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; two sisters, Tena and Margaret of London, Ont; one brother Michael (Loretta) of Detroit, Mich. - Gary
