Thanks very much for the donation JoAnne.

I prepared a special Family Page for you at this link: JOHN TURNER (1871-1916+)

I look forward to working with you under the Forum Topic associated with that family.

Thank you Gary for the information - it is greatly appreciated. And you are most welcome for the small donation. How does one go about obtaining more information on siblings of my grandmother, Sara Nancy Turner? Thank you.

Hi! Lawrence was one of my uncles. My great grandparents were also John and Susan Agnes Turner. Their daughter, Sara Nancy (Nannie) was my grandmother. She married Frank Almer. My parents were John and Bea Almer. That makes us cousins of sort I guess :D . I remember as a small girl going out to Uncle Tom/Aunt Mable's farm - also remember Uncle Donald and cousin Percy, etc.

When reading info on Philip Turner - I see where alot of the confusion comes in with the names used for so many were the same - John, Nancy, Philip, Donald etc My brother, Johnny went to Cousin Percy's funeral a few years back. I LOVED Uncle Donald - favorite uncle!! of my dad's siblings, only Pearl (Williams) is still alive - lives in Edmonton.

No I left Prince Albert in 1967. Got married and moved to Edmonton, Alberta and Spruce Grove, Alberta. I am now living in Princeton, BC. I am 69 years old. I think you must be alot younger and I?
