Some questions for Ross:
When were Elenne and Charles GORDON married?
Is your Uncle John GORDON sill living, and what is his wife’s maiden name?
Are your Aunt and Uncle, Karen & Robert KOLESAR still living?
Do you have a picture of Charles GORDON or a better picture of his wife Elenne?
Your mother (Iris) died in 1999? Is your father (Gerry) still living? Who were his parents?

Charles and Ellene were married Jan.. 23, 1938.
Iris my mother is deceased and her brother John. I would prefer not to add more info on the remaining family without their consent. I hope you understand. My name changed from Morrison to Kozielec when my mother remarried.
My grandfather Charles was born to Charles Hugh Munro Gordon and Louisa Isabella Corston whose parents were William Corston and Margaret McKay. I would be interested to know what you habs in that lineage path. I think Margaret is the daughter of Willism McKay and Mary Bunn.

I certainly do understand what you’re saying. I will leave things as they are. Sorry that I got carried away – these people are younger than I realized.
New Page for your maternal grandparents:
CHARLES FONTAINE (1865-1921+)
I will review what I have for Charles Hugh Munro GORDON and see what I can come up with. To begin with, I do have his wife as a lady named
Catherine from the 1921 census. You say his wife was
Louisa Isabella CORSTON?

Yes, interesting. If I can find the time I may do a Page for William McKAY (1793-1864).
Meantime, here’s another installment today:
CHARLES HUGH MUNRO GORDON (1866-1934)

Just to clarify the confusion of Charles Hugh Munroe Gordon's wives. My grandmother Louisa Isabella died July 19th 1911 in Fort William. My grandfather Charles married Catherine David a metis lady while he was posted to Fort William. He sent his four younger children to England after Louisa died, and they spent the war years living with Charles older sister. In South Shields in north -east England. They returned in 1919
