Re: JAMES YOUNG (1822-1870)

Hi there....I just recently received some information in the mail from a distant relative. I connected to this fella through ancestry because of our similar family trees...he would be my father's cousin...if we are indeed related. My question concerns a girl called Catherine Young. Was there a Cathe...

Re: JAMES YOUNG (1822-1870)

I appreciate any feedback. I am new to geneology, but it's fascinating! I am doing my best to track down my history, some of it is right, and some of it is probably not, but it's fun learning none the less. It's a work in progress that I know I can spend plenty of time doing. If and when I figure it...

Re: JAMES YOUNG (1822-1870)

Did James Young and Isabella Stevens have a daughter names Catherine Young? Born around 1874? Anyone know? It would seem that her birth was later then the other children mentioned. I am looking at trying to figure out who Catherine Youngs parents were...she had a marriage to Adrian Augustus Neison f...

Re: Neison family

I don't have that information yet, but doing some research elsewhere, but I think she was born in 1889 and died in 1914...at about 25 years. Does that help? This is such a puzzle...I am aware there are tons of Sinclair families...but I have so little to go on. And my main focus is on Ross, and who h...

Re: Neison family

From what I can gather, Michael Ross (known as Ross) Neison was born in Manigotagan/lac du bonnet area in around 1894. His father was Adrian Alexander Neison, who was married to Margaret Young. I don't know if they had children, but then he remarried I think. To whom, I don't know, that is what I am...

ADRIAN AUGUSTUS NEISON (1849-?)

New Family Page: ADRIAN AUGUSTUS NEISON (1849-?) Hi there... I have just recently started a geneology project on my family. My father's side of the family is from Selkirk/Selkirk/Manigotagan/Lac du Bonnet....my father's mother, Florence Neison (we think her last name was Neison) and her father Ross...
