I do not have a picture of Ann, I obtain the picture of Isabella by surprise while going through the Calgary Archives. I also obtained another picture of the Archibald side of the my family which my mother just loved. I will search around and see what I can find.

You are correct James Alexander Archibald was born in 1879 to Mary Gibson (Alesape) born in Moose Factory and William Archibald who was with the Hudson Bay Company posted at Moose Factory, Ontario. I obtain her application for Metis Scrip from the Federal Archives (over 80 pages) and she was refused...

Correction: In Apr 20, 1928 Chauncey married Camelia Edith ARCHIBALD in Winnipeg, daughter of Camelia and James ARCHIBALD who was born 1849 in Moose Factory, Ontario. On Jul 11, 1929 Camelia Edith (nee ARCHIBALD) DAVIES died in Selkirk at the age of 19, after giving birth to daughter Camelia. Cathy ...

Thank you for the information on Isabella Reid, I have been searching for her records at the Manitoba Archives and was under the assumption that she died in Manitoba. I will share information with my mother Cameillia Boyce who is the grand daughter of Catherine Davies whose mother is Isabella Reid.

Cameilla Davies was the 1st wife of Chauncey Murdoch Davies and died giving birth to my mother Cameilla Boyce. Hi Reid - my mother is still alive, living on her own in the same house where she raised all 8 children. I remember your dad as I was about 5 or 6 and went to his wedding with my mom. I have a private email: cathy2231@gmail.com.
