A minor typo in the paragraph:
"In 1896 Philip married a second time to Mary Ann HOURIE, daughter of Agnes BIRD and Thomas HOURIE (b-1844). Philip was about 57 years old when this union occurred; Mary Ann was only 17 years old. They would live the rest of their lives on Section 12-48-23-Wpm (Fort a la Corne)."

Section 12-48-23-Wpm should be Section 12-48-23-W2. This is supported by Census 1906, 1911, and 1916.
