Gary: William Phillip's son John (Jack) (B: 1874) married Sarah Lucy (Boskill) Whyte (Born Nov. 26, 1876) on Sep. 13, 1894. She was the daughter of John Boskill and Jane Settee. When Jane and Frank Whyte were married, Frank adopted John's children. Frank and Jane had no children together. Aunt Lucy's brother John Robert (Paddie) Boskill was known all his life as Paddie Whyte. Grandpa Gus and Paddie were very close as brothers. Regards.............Barry.

Thanks for that Barry. Now, who was Jack PHILLIPS’ first wife and what were the names of their children?

Gary: Jack Phillips' first wife was Sarah Lucy Boskill. They married in 1899, when he was 25 and she was 23. No children that I am aware of. When Lucy died in 1924, Jack re-married in 1926 to Mary Ann Johnstone (1865-1954). Again, no children, because they are both getting on in years. Mary Ann was 61 and Jack was 52 when they married. Jack died in 1942. (age 68). Mary Ann was 77). At age 87, Mary Ann married John James Louis (Age 79). John James died in 1952 (Age 80). Mary Ann died in 1954. (Age 90). Amen.
Great Uncle Jack Phillips' sister Jemima was married to Albert (Smallie) Settee, and his brother Bill was the father in law of Garnet Penwarden, Robert and Bill Penwarden's dad. Garnet was married to Bernice Phillips. Enough for tonight. Regards---------Barry.
