Christine Flett posted Sep 13, 2013:
Hi there.
I found some info but no specific date just years,
Elizabeth FLETT (born SMITH) 1894 - 1954
William FLETT 1887 - 1964 according to the plot at St Andrews church, St Andrews Manitoba.
Also seen at this location only a 10 feet away was Margaret FLETT August 28, 1870 - January 27, 1951 ... I did see at the foot of Margaret's grave marker another marker with the name Frederick James FLETT DOB Feb 2, 1910 to DOD March 1, 1993
Which again has me confused am I following two different families?
I didn’t see Archibald's grave there
Am I on the right path to be connecting these names to that of the William from Orkney?

Christine: I believe your Great-Great-Great Grandparents were Nancy WARD and Archibald FLETT (1826-1908).
Your Great-Great Grandparents were Margaret BOYDEN and Archibald James FLETT (1858-1945).
Your Great Grandparents were Marie Elizabeth SMITH and William Alexander FLETT (1887-1964).
Your Grandparents: Irene Alma JUENKE and Clarence (Kelly) Nedwin FLETT (1932-2000).
Is your father David or Leroy? (From Kelly’s Obit)

Both Leroy and David are my Uncles. My mothers name is Linda Flett (she never married)

This is where i get confused
If my Great-Great Grandparents were Nancy WARD and Archibald FLETT (1826-1908).how old would she have been to have had great granfather William Alexander FLETT (1887-1964)? Un less she was really young when she married and birthed ...

Christine: I have quite a bit of information on your lineage and I might eventually do more Family Pages in that regard when I have more time. More about that at this link: SPECIAL FAMILY PAGES
