I found a Manitoba Birth Record for Catherine Angelie Irvine Born 23 Mar 1883 in R.M. of St Andrews to Cath Lambert. This may help explain the parents of Catherine A Lambert, granddaughter of John Lambert in the 1891 Census.

Numerous Trees on Ancestry.ca indicate that that Catherine Angelique IRVINE (daughter of Catherine LAMBERT & Cornelius IRVINE (1848-1910) died on May 18, 1885 which, if true, would predate the 1891 census.

BarbaraNielson44 on Ancestry.ca has done a pile of detailed work on Margaret Lambert and Mary Ann Lambert from the BC side. She is missing the Manitoba side but the BC side is quite extensive. I've asked her to connect with your website.

Hi Gary, Just want to let you know I gave you the wrong info for Mary Lamberts daughter. Her name was actually Eveline May Gove.

In the 1901 Census, Eveline May Low (4 Mar 1895 - ) is shown as adopted by Mary Ann (Lambert) Gove. In the 1906 Census, Eveline May Low is shown as a niece. Do you have any idea what happened to her?
