Gary ,
This foregoing mostly erroneous Robert Goodwin publication is that of my great great great great grandfather of Yoxford England whom, at age 20, was an HBC English surgeon and later became an HBC Trader, and post " Master", the boss of young Jacob Corrigal , at the Osnaburg House on the Albany River; accordingly, the published Goodwin subject information is full of errors and it therefore is devoid of the real truth about Robert Goodwin's life, and his wife, Mistigoose, and of their Goodwin dizygotic fraternal twins, named Mary and William Goodwin, born
6 August, 1788. This young Mary was my great, great, great, grandmother, and became Jacob Corrigals young wife. And, after birthing five girls and one son, as the Corrigal children-- with Jacob-- she died at age 35 on 23 September, 1823. I personally inherited her gold "Ob" engraved ring with her black hair encapsulated in its crown. Sadly, Mistigoosse had drowned herself in 1796 or 1797 because of Robert's personal indigenous folly in taking their eight-year old son, William, purposley to leave him permanently in England. Moreover, Robert Goodwin married, secondly, "Jenny" who had two daughters with Robert and they where named respectively Anne and Marguerite, who seem to have been deliberately surnamed by Robert as being his "Goodwyn" daughters, as distinct from his several Goodwin born children. I am not proud of doctor/trader Robert Goodwin by any means thus far.

Thanks Donn; we’re making progress now.
Do you have birth-dates for the two daughters of Jenny, Anne and Marguerite?

Welcome to the Forum Tim!
Who did Judith’s mother, Rheta KENT, marry? – was it Harold McKELVEY and/or someone named WHITFELD?
Please clarify.

On the top page the name should be William Adolphus Barmby Goodwin not Barnby

Tim
The best guesstimate for the births of Anne Goodwyn is 1807, and for Marguerite Goodwyn it is 1795 the only two daughters of Jenny and Robert Goodwin, to distinguish them from Robert Goodwin's children with Mistigoose (not "Mistigoosh").
