I found the following while searching for William Sutherland's Manitoba Affidavit.
That Elizabeth Sutherland widow of James Sanidson and widow of William Sutherland has filed an application for Scrip. States that never before applied for Scrip that she and her husband were only persons of that name in Parish at that time of transfer never authorized any one to draw Scrip which was delivered to Judge Ryan in 1882 ask that all papers be sent to him for investigation.

If this was Elizabeth Logan, it suggests that she was married to James Sandison at sometime.

I have seen that before Ken. However, there just isn’t enough information in that statement to make it relevant to anyone in particular in my files.
