Samuel Black (1780-1841)

Hi there,
I just wanted to point out that the photo you have of Samuel Black on peterfidler.com is actually Alexander D. Pambrun. It comes from a larger family photo of him with his wife, Mary Angelique Black (Samuel's daughter) and their daughter Emeline Harriet. I confirmed that a few days ago at the BC Archives. The photo was taken in 1858, long after Samuel died. I used to have it on my Ancestry tree as Samuel so I apologize if that's where you got it but I have corrected my tree now.
