I'm working on the Great War Project......wondering how many of my relatives fought in WW1.

Edward Lawrence PARK born Feb 26, 1898, son of Maggie McDONALD and Henry George PARK (b-1871).

Lawrence enlisted twice. First in March of 1916 (Discharged later as under-age). He re-enlisted on Nov 27, 1916.

Lawrence was from the Whytewold-Matlock area, south of Winnipeg Beach.

Alexander WOOD was born Jan 9 1896, son of Mary (nee ASHFORD) MEADE and John WOOD (b-c1839).

He was from Manigotagan (MB); enlisted on May 14, 1918 at Winnipeg
