Regarding Mae SETTEE: I wasn’t aware of that marriage. Please also find more about Edward THOMAS; when where he was born and who were his parents?

It is uncertain when, but Leonard’s sister Ruth married her brother-in-law, Percy MONKMAN, also a child of Thomas MONKMAN
The above is posted on Charles Gilbert Settees page

Ruth Catherine Settee married Percival Harold (Percy) Monkman son of Thomas Alexander Monkman at Matheson Island January 16, 1941. Please ensure this is posted.

I’m way ahead of you Eileen (chuckle)!
I corrected that just seconds before I saw your posting.
Not only that, I just now posted a new page for your parents. Here’s the link:
PERCY MONKMAN (1917-?)

I look forward to your comments and filling in gaps in his timeline under his Forum Topic.

Thanks Eileen.

I have updated the Charles SETTEE Page accordingly, and also added some other new information including a link to Clifford’s involvement in the Battle for Hong Kong.

Thanks Eileen: I must say that is all rather confusing. I can’t seem to find how these people link to SETTEE.

In any case, you must have missed this Family Page and Forum Topic:

REVEREND JAMES SETTEE (1809-1902)

FORUM DISCUSSING the REVEREND JAMES SETTEE FAMILY

Whenever possible, please post comments to the Forum Topic that most closely matches your comment to avoid confusing everyone. Also I much prefer to deal with one family at a time.
