Red River Ancestry

Grandfather was Frederick Maurice Ethelbert Tate Aug 30 1895 and it shows his dad as Robert William Tate 1854-1922 and his mother as Martha Foulds 1863-1922. We are looking for any information on brothers or sisters / family of Frederick as he was deported back to Canada in approximately 1932 and we heard he died a pauper from alcoholism. He married my grandmother Ellen Christianson in 1921. Have traced him back o Mary Bear but am not positive I have my information correct.
